We also offer FREE Shipping on all orders over R800!

We also offer shipping to a convenient local pickup point in your area! - From R119

We currently do not offer shipping outside South Africa

When can I expect my order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Shipping time is approximately 2-5 working days from despatch (Pargo Home Delivery may take an additional 2-3 days).

In-store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our store in Problem Mkhize Road or our warehouse in Sydney Road, Durban. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email or Whatsapp when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday after 2pm (till 4:30pm) and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
